Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Plano Texas (100% Onsite)
Employment Type:Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to evaluate redesign and optimize business processes within a complex enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) while driving process improvements and supporting implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Improvement

Research and analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Evaluate operational workflows policies systems and data to recommend optimization strategies.

Develop detailed implementation plans including resource planning and budgeting considerations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation
-
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and measure recommended process improvements.

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

Lead discussions to ensure alignment on objectives scope and deliverables.
Subject Matter Expertise

Develop deep expertise in the assigned business domain including strategies processes policies and data structures.

Provide guidance and support during system or process changes.
Testing & Documentation
-
Prepare detailed test scenarios and support execution of testing activities.

Create functional documentation and process flows.

Conduct feature demonstrations and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.
Top 3 Required Skills

Strong experience analyzing and improving enterprise business processes.

Ability to create detailed implementation plans including resource and budget considerations.

Proven capability to become a subject matter expert within a business domain.
Preferred Skills

Experience leading or mentoring project teams.

Background in the Auto Finance industry (highly preferred).

Hands-on experience with testing (UAT coordination test case creation execution).
Required Qualifications
-
10 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology or Accounting/Finance.

Strong documentation communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work fully onsite in Plano TX.
