Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop clear process documentation including workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct gap analysis and support solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate improvements
- Assist in implementing process enhancements and tracking outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure success
- Support operational initiatives and strategic transformation projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or a related field
- 13 years of experience in business analysis operations or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or BPM methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Experience supporting cross-departmental initiatives
- Basic data analysis or reporting experience
