What this job involves:
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify work patterns and utilization trends that drive actionable business decisions.
Analyze data to identify areas for retail/ workplace efficiency improvements and recommend solutions.
Work with project teams to translate business proposal into implantation plan.
Propose implement and maintain scalable reusable data models that align with the Banks practices.
Apply statistical techniques and create automated data visualizations.
Perform regular checks and implement data cleansing procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and maintain regular performance reports and analysis. Providing data driven insights to the team and clients.
Clearly communicate insights to stakeholders through concise presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging business opportunities and technologies to incorporate best practices into retail/ workplace.
Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree or aboveideally in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Min 1 year of experience in data analysis preferably in real estate sector.
Experience in developing and maintaining data models including ETL processes.
Strong skills in data analysis tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders through storytelling.
Responsible self-motivated initiative strong critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle complex data challenges.
Proficient in computer applications including Power Point Excel and Word
Fluency in Chinese and English.
