職務内容
SD/MMファンクショナルコンサルタントとしてクライアントプロジェクトに参画いただきます(以下は典型的なグローバルプロジェクトにおける主要な活動の例です)
- プロダクトライン全体で SD/MM プロセスをサポートしSAP ソリューションのビジョンと戦略的方向性を提供する
- As-isのプロセスマッピングとTo-beのプロセス設計のための要件収集セッション(ワークショップ)を主導
- SAP の変更によるインパクト査定定義および承認プロセスの支援 SD/MM/および関連領域の機能強化改善
- 機能強化改善/アップグレードテスト計画およびシナリオ (単体テストISTUAT) の設計および文書化主要なユーザーとのテストおよび検証プロセスを通じてファクショナル仕様がビジネス要件を満たす方法で実装されていることの確認
- テストおよび欠陥が修復されるまでのテストの調整
- 新しい SAPリリースのテストと導入サポート
- クライアントの SAP SD/MM コンフィグレーションおよびコンフィグレーション変更のドキュメンテーション管理
- トレーニング資料の作成トレーニング セッションの実施などエンドユーザートレーニングの提供
- グローバルな SAP ロールアウトを支援
- SAP SME の観点から関連するビジネス アプリケーションの実装を支援
- RFP対応提案書作成プレゼンテーションなどを通じてSAPのビジネス開発をサポート
応募条件
必須要件
- ネイティブレベルもしくはビジネスレベルの日本語N2) 日本語のレジュメ優遇
- 5年以上のSAP導入経験(SD/MM領域)
- クライアントやチームメンバーを含む人々との優れた対人スキルチームワーク

Job Description
Rolesand Responsibilities:
Contribute to client project asSD/MMfunctional lead position (the following are examples of key activities in typical global project)
- Provide vision and strategic direction for SAP solutions supporting SD/MM processes across product lines.
- Lead requirement gathering facilitated sessions for as-is process mapping and to-be process design.
- Assist in the evaluation definition and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in SD/MM/and related areas.
- Design and document functional design specifications forenhancements/upgrades test plans and scenarios (Unit Testing IST UAT) and work through the testing and validation process with the key users to ensure the functional specifications are implemented in ways that meets the business requirements.
- Responsible to close out defects on solutions designed including testing and coordination of the testing till defects are closed.
- Support in testing and implementation of new SAP releases.
- Maintainclientss SAP SD/MM configuration and configuration change documentation.
- Provide end-user training including creation of training material conducting training sessions.
- Assist with SAP Rollout globally.
- Assist in the implementation of related Business Applications from SAP SME perspective.
Application Requirements:
Must requirements
- Native or business level of Japanese*JP N2 or higher
- 5 years of SAP implementation experience in SD/MM module
- Good interpersonal skill with people including client and team members
Nice-to-have
- Flexibility to develop solutions from multiple aspects (e.g. business procedure change organizational change technical solution)
- Ability to express your own opinion to client middle level (e.g. procurement / supply chain division manager)
- Willingness to learn new packaged solutions IT industry trends methods and tools
- Collaboration Experience with people with different nationalities and cultures
- Capability to make work request and review the progress to offshore resources through documentation and verbal communication
- Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA
