As part of this opportunity you will undertake a Certificate III in Business where you will learn a range of administrative and clerical skills to work effectively in a local government business environment.

As an Administration Trainee you will learn a range of functions to ensure administration activities within the local government department of Customer Experience run smoothly. You may also complete the following tasks:
- Open and close front-counter on time
- Maintain records and organise workplace information
- Complete bank-run daily and balance front counter till
- Facilitate over the counter and over the phone payments and registrations
- Input community reports into software
- Deliver helpful customer service and contribute to effective workplace relationships
Position Requirements
- Hold a current drivers licence (desirable)
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol testing
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Be punctual and have a good work ethic
