What this Role is All AboutYoull support the development and rollout of national marketing initiatives working across strategy execution and performance analysis. From assisting with campaign planning to coordinating creative output and ensuring seamless delivery youll play an integral part in shaping consumerfocused marketing activity
Your Core Responsibilities
Strategice & Insight Support
Contribute to annual and seasonal marketing planning
Analyse market trends competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform decision
Translate strategic direction into actionable project plans and leadershipready presentations
Campaign & Channel ExecutionCoordinate multichannel campaigns across digital ATL and BTL platforms
Manage creative workflows timelines briefs and approvals
Monitor live campaigns and compile performance reviews with key insights
Collaboration & Agency ManagementWork closely with internal teams and external agencies (creative media production)
Support alignment between global and local strategies to ensure brand consistency
Budget & Operational OversightAssist with monthly budget tracking and reconciliation.
Manage smaller tactical budgets where required.
Maintain marketing calendars asset libraries dashboards and trackers
Events & ActivationsHelp execute brand events sponsorships and consumer activations
Coordinate suppliers logistics and onsite delivery to ensure premium execution
What You Need to Bring
35 years experience in marketing brand support or integrated campaign coordination
Handson exposure to digital ATL and BTL campaigns
Knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Google Ads YouTube programmatic)
Understanding of CRM tools automation SEO and social analytics
Exceptional organisational and projectmanagement skills.
A proactive detaildriven approach suited to fastpaced environments
QualificationsDegree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
