Job Summary

Are you a strategic creative and highly organised marketer ready to step into a role that truly stretches your capabilities Were partnering with a well-established international brand seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support their dynamic South Africa Marketing team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a global organisation influence major campaigns and grow under experienced marketing leadership all while working on high visibility largescale consumer initiatives.



Key Reponsibilties:

Strategic Support & Market Insights
Assist in developing annual and seasonal marketing strategies
Conduct market research analyse consumer behaviour and monitor competitor activity to support decision-making
Translate strategy into actionable plans and contribute to leadership presentations

Campaign & Channel Management
Coordinate ATL BTL and digital campaign rollout schedules
Track live performance and prepare post campaign reports with insights

Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external creative media and production agencies
Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution

Budget Support
Assist with monthly budget monitoring and reconciliation
Manage smaller tactical budgets under marketing leadership Maintain marketing calendars campaign trackers and asset libraries
Support monthly dashboards and leadership reporting
Assist in executing events sponsorships and consumer activations
Coordinate logistics suppliers and on-site support to ensure premium delivery

Required Skills & Experience (Essential)
3-5 years experience in marketing brand management or campaign coordination

Handson experience running integrated campaigns across ATL/BTL/digital channels
Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Meta Google Ads YouTube programmatic)
Knowledge of CRM automation SEO and social media performance
Strong project management organisational and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative proactive detail-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
A bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
