About the Role
In this opportunity as aSenior Research Engineer you will:

Develop and Deliver:Applying modern software development practices you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle buildingtestingand delivering high-quality solutions.

Build Scalable ML Solutions:You will create large scale data processing pipelines to help researchers build and train novel machine learning algorithms. You willdevelophigh performing scalablesystems in the context of large online delivery environments.

Be a Team Player:Working in a collaborative team-oriented environment you will share information value diverse ideas partner with cross-functional and remote teams.

About You

You are a fit for the position ofSenior Research Engineerif your background includes:

ABachelorsDegree in Computer Science Related Field or Equivalent Experience

At least5years software engineering experience.

At least 2 years working on a Machine Learning related product or solution.

A deep understanding of Python software development stacksand ecosystems.

Ability to write clean reusable maintainable and well-tested code

Track recordof quickly adopting and applying emerging technologies to solve complex problems

Experience collaborating with applied data scientists to translate research work in production ready solutions

A keen interest in real-world applications and impact.

Experience with cloud computing development.

Experience with Agile Methodologies.

Experience implementing CI/CD DevOps and SDLC conceptsinapplicationdelivery.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

ExperienceintegratingMachine Learningand Generative AIsolutionsinto production-grade software

Understanding ofModelOpsandMLOpsprinciples

Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) problems and familiarity with key tasks such asNamed Entity Recognition (NER) Information Extraction Information RetrievalText classification Summarizationetc.

Ability to understand and translate between language and methodologies used both in research and engineering fields

Hands-on experience in other programming language/scriptinglanguageand development stack (Java Rust Scala Typescript etc.)
