Job Summary

A large and well-established secondary school in Leeds is seeking an experienced and highly organised Facilities Manager to oversee the operational management of the schools premises and support services. This is a senior support role within the school and is central to ensuring that the site operates safely efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements.

The Role

  • Leading the day-to-day management of the schools facilities and site operations

  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation and statutory regulations

  • Overseeing contractors service-level agreements and procurement processes

  • Managing facilities budgets and monitoring expenditure against forecasts

  • Contributing to long-term facilities planning and site development strategy

  • Proven ability to lead and organise operational teams

  • Strong organisational and financial management skills
