The Role
This is a classroom-based leadership position with responsibility for supporting curriculum development and driving standards across History.
You will:
Teach History across KS3KS5 delivering engaging and knowledge-rich lessons
Lead on curriculum sequencing and assessment design within History
Support colleagues with subject pedagogy and exam preparation strategies
Analyse performance data to inform targeted intervention planning
Contribute to whole-school literacy and extended writing initiatives
Help shape enrichment opportunities including trips and guest speakers
