Your Mission
Turn marketing into predictable pipeline and revenue. You also dice 40% annual growth with speed clarity and accountability.

Campaign velocity & experimentation
Scalable sales lead generation
Tight alignment with business to reach the set growth goals
Effective use of our talent and marketing budget
You lead daily execution inspire and push team toward results

Improving MQL SQL Deal conversion rates

Who You Are
Strong background in B2B growth / performance marketing
Hands-on analytical commercially sharp
Comfortable with ambitious targets and clear accountability
Builder & doer mindset you ship fast and iterate faster
Experience from a fast-scaling company is a plus
