We are looking for a
Product Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)
to a new position within the Group Marketing Product and Brand Experience team.
As Product Marketing Specialist you turn product capabilities and innovations into clear compelling and customercentric value propositions. You ensure product stories are consistent marketrelevant and aligned with our brand across the entire product lifecycle from development to launch and beyond.
In this role you will be responsible for
Create product positioning value propositions and core messaging for assigned product areas
Represent Marketing in the NPIP (New Product Introduction Process) ensuring customer and market insights guide development and launch readiness
Lead gotomarket planning and execution together with SBUs and crossfunctional partners
Ensure high-quality complete and consistent product marketing assets across channels and markets
Translate technical features into customerrelevant benefits and compelling product stories
Support product lifecycle activities launches updates and phaseouts
Work closely with Brand & Product CX Content and Digital Impact teams to ensure aligned execution and impact
The role reports to Anni Sirén Group Product & Brand Experience Lead. It is based in Helsinki Finland and includes occasional travel.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management in an international environment and hold Bachelors/masters degree in marketing or a related discipline
Strong project management capabilities
Experience working crossfunctionally with diverse teams
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines simultaneously; structured and collaborative working style
Fluency in English; Finnish or German is an advantage
