Job Title: IT Solution Manager
Job Location: Helsinki Finland
Main Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Solution Pre-Sales: Provide technical design and solution consultancy to customers for IT infrastructure solutions such as servers storage and cloud. Prepare quotations and technical proposals based on tender or customer requirements. Deliver technical presentations to customers and partners.
Project Management: Lead and guide the project team to identify develop and close business opportunities together with the Account Manager Channel Manager and Service Manager.
Customer Technical Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with customers technical teams manage the ongoing pre-sales process and respond to customer needs with a focus on delivering suitable solutions.
Partner Development: Work closely with partners provide necessary training and support partners in developing the market.
Solution Presentation and Design: Deliver solution presentations and collaborate with customers CTOs and technical teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Professional Knowledge:
1. Solid experience and knowledge in storage server and cloud solutions.
2. Industry certifications related to storage server or cloud technologies are preferred.
3. Experience working with a well-known system integrator is an advantage.Key Skills:
1. Strong presentation and communication skills.
2. Ability to engage with customers and senior management to understand challenges and provide effective solutions that support new business opportunities.Basic Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Telecommunications Information Technology or a related field.
2. Work Experience: Initial professional experience in IT infrastructure solutions (e.g. server storage or cloud). Exposure to pre-sales solution design or technical customer support is a plus.
3. Languages: Proficiency in Finnish and English.
