Project Details: Project is for one of the Business Unit of client where they are rolling out SFMC as a marketing cloud tool
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer who can design build and optimize multi-channel marketing journeys and automations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise across all SFMC Studios Marketing Cloud Connect and advanced scripting using AMPscript and SSJS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an SFMC Developer.
- Strong understanding of all SFMC Studios and core features.
- Advanced experience with AMPscript and SSJS.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with Data Extensions.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM data integrations.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs in Marketing Cloud (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- SFMC certifications (Developer Consultant Email Specialist).
- Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines or marketing analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns using Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Mobile Studio Advertising Studio and Content Builder.
- Develop and maintain AMPscript and SSJS for email personalization dynamic content and automation.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect ensuring secure and scalable data flows.
- Build audience segments using Data Extensions SQL queries and Contact Builder.
- Create automations for data imports transformations and scheduled campaign workflows.
- Troubleshoot delivery personalization data and integration issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure deliverability compliance (CAN-SPAM GDPR) and best practices across campaigns.
Document technical designs processes and campaign configurations
