DescriptionTHE ROLE:The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for building scaling and optimizing the companys end-to-end revenue engine. This role oversees Sales Operations and Renewal Operations ensuring predictable revenue growth operational rigor and a seamless experience across the customer lifecyclefrom initial opportunity through renewal and expansion.The Director of Revenue Operations serves as a strategic partner to Sales/CX leadership and cross-functional stakeholders translating company growth objectives into scalable processes data-driven insights and enabling systems. This leader is accountable for revenue forecasting accuracy pipeline health renewal performance target alignment and the continuous improvement of tools processes and analytics that support frontline revenue teams.Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with a strong ability to align people process and technology to drive efficiency accountability and measurable business outcomes.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Own day-to-day revenue operations across Sales Operations and Renewal Operations to support revenue targets and forecast accuracy.
Lead pipeline forecast and renewal reviews; surface risks and drive corrective actions with Sales and Customer Success leaders.
Oversee territory design quota setting capacity planning and sales compensation administration.
Own renewal forecasting renewal pipeline hygiene and at-risk account management to drive retention and expansion.
Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline coverage deal velocity win rates and rep productivity.
Partner with Customer Success to define and optimize renewal processes timelines and operational handoffs.
Review and approve deal structures pricing and discounting in alignment with company policy.
Own revenue systems and tools (CRM CPQ forecasting) ensuring data integrity adoption and scalability.
Deliver clear actionable reporting on pipeline health forecast accuracy renewals and performance.
Lead and develop Sales Operations and Renewal Operations teams; drive continuous operational improvement.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:8 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or related roles including leadership responsibility for Sales and/or Renewal Operations.
Hands-on experience operating in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and translating business needs into scalable processes and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas pivot tables scenario modeling and analysis of large datasets.
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and KPI literacy is a must
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales Customer Success Finance Marketing and IT peers.
Experience supporting forecasting pipeline management renewals territory and quota planning and compensation processes.
Demonstrated people leadership skills including coaching prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn partner and build together operations colleagues
