Job Summary

Provider & Rural Health Engagement Lead

Location - Richmond VA(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a provider outreach and engagement strategy
Conduct interviews and listening sessions with providers and associations
Assess provider readiness and likelihood of applying for funding
Capture barriers incentives and operational challenges - especially in rural settings
Coordinate engagement activities across agencies and stakeholders
Translate qualitative insights into actionable assessment findings

Experience Needed:

7 10 years in healthcare stakeholder engagement or program outreach
Direct experience working with rural health providers or community-based organizations
Experience supporting Medicaid public health or provider incentive programs

Experience working with provider associations or health collaboratives
