Job Summary
Provider & Rural Health Engagement Lead
Location - Richmond VA(Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a provider outreach and engagement strategy
- Conduct interviews and listening sessions with providers and associations
- Assess provider readiness and likelihood of applying for funding
- Capture barriers incentives and operational challenges - especially in rural settings
- Coordinate engagement activities across agencies and stakeholders
- Translate qualitative insights into actionable assessment findings
Experience Needed:
- 7 10 years in healthcare stakeholder engagement or program outreach
- Direct experience working with rural health providers or community-based organizations
- Experience supporting Medicaid public health or provider incentive programs
- Experience working with provider associations or health collaboratives
