This role focuses on managing and expanding key client relationships within the fintech and financial services sector. The Senior Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across APAC.
Develop account plans and growth strategies.
Identify expansion opportunities and renewals.
Coordinate with support and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor contract performance and commercial terms.
Qualifications
5 years in account management within SaaS data or fintech environments.
Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and retention strategies.
Experience negotiating renewals and commercial agreements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Day-to-day
Conduct regular client check-ins and QBRs.
Analyse account performance and usage metrics.
Prepare renewal proposals and pricing discussions.
Escalate and manage service issues.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
