Job Summary
As a Senior Manager Business Development of Influencer Marketing at AnyMind Thailand you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships building strong partnerships with global and local agencies and driving growth for AnyMind Groups solutions primarily focusing on agency accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs develop tailored digital marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
What Youll Do
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients particularly agencies
- Build strong long-term relationships with senior agency managers..
- Proactively identify and address client needs ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets while executing effective sales strategies to attract new agency clients and retain existing ones
- Meet or exceed individual revenue and growth targets and monitor and report on KPIs and sales performance.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and pitches to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills (Thai and English)
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
- Propose KOL Marketing and Media Planning solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and future strategies.
- Strategic thinker with good planning and organization.
Work Management:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Assign tasks set deadlines and monitor progress with the internal team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to balance prospecting client meetings and follow-ups.
- Set and track personal goals in alignment with organizational objectives
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign performance and business development activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain Professional and Timely Communication : Ensure all communication is clear professional timely and meets the expectations of both clients and team members.
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency and working with agencies (global and local)..
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing digital strategy and advertising.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team Management Experience
- Proficiency in English.
