As a Security Officer - Patrol in Franklin WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location you will complete routine foot and/or vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support access control and perimeter checks. You will document observations communicate clearly with site teams and respond to questions with strong customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points and perform security-related screening such as verifying identification issuing visitor credentials maintaining logs and directing deliveries to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate personnel assisting with evacuations and/or shelter procedures and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed reports incident documentation and shift activity logs; communicate key information to supervisors and/or incoming officers and report maintenance issues such as damaged doors gates and/or lighting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
