ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
You will a part of the team responsible for global data management for offered candidates and Citco employees
You will ensurequality and timely completion of data updation activity as assigned to you
You will raise issues and discrepancies found during executing your work to the seniors or designated person
You will liaise within HRSS team with the HR team members and other teams within the organization as necessary
You will provide regular updates and reports to your manager
Expertise in Employee Offboarding and Absence management / Leave and attendance system is plus
You will undertake regular audits of the work assigned to you to ensure accuracy and completeness
You will follow processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements
QualificationsAbout You:
You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications
You have the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions
You must have excellent interpersonal time management and communication skills
You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
You are highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
You have experience with Oracle HRIS (EBS)
You are proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
You have 3-5 years experience working within an Human Resources group
