Job Summary

Role-Business Development Manager
Experience-10 Years
Location-Hyderabad-WFO
Role Purpose: Lead and elevate the outbound engine by directly coaching team while personally executing cold calling and strategic outreach. This role owns outbound execution quality meeting quality and early-stage qualification discipline. The objective is to build a consistent high-intent enterprise-grade pipeline.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Execution Leadership
Lead daily outbound operations across email LinkedIn and cold calling
Ensure campaign messaging is followed consistently across the team
Own outreach quality personalization standards and cadence discipline
Maintain focus on ICP-fit accounts only
2. Player-Coach Cold Calling
Personally conduct 3050 cold conversations per week
Handle first-level discovery conversations
Demonstrate objection handling and qualification live
Coach SDRs through call shadowing and real-time feedback
3. SDR Coaching & Performance Management
Train team on research personalization messaging clarity and qualification
Run daily standups focused on conversations not activity
Monitor response rates conversation quality and meeting-to-SQL conversion
Improve meeting quality rather than just volume
4. Qualification Discipline
Apply structured qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC/BANT aligned with GTM head)
Ensure no weak leads move to Sales
Define clear handoff criteria to Sales / Pre-Sales
Maintain hygiene in CRM and pipeline stages
5. Pipeline Quality & Reporting
Track outbound-to-meeting conversion
Track meeting-to-SQL ratio
Track disqualification reasons and objection patterns
Provide weekly insight report on outbound effectiveness
6. Campaign Alignment
Work closely with GTM Leadto execute AI FinOps Platform Modernisation and QA campaigns
Ensure campaign messaging is correctly interpreted and applied
Provide real-time market feedback to refine messaging
KPIs:
Meetings generated per SDR (quality-adjusted not raw volume)
Meeting-to-SQL conversion rate
% of ICP-fit meetings
Cold call connect rate and conversion rate
Reduction in low-intent meetings
Consistent pipeline coverage ratio
12-Month Outcomes:
Predictable outbound engine
Higher-intent enterprise conversations
Improved conversion from meeting qualified opportunity
Strong cold calling culture across team
Reduced pipeline volatility

Profile Required:
10 years in outbound / SDR leadership
Personally executed high-volume cold calling
Experience coaching SDR/BDR teams

Comfortable being hands-on not just managerial
