Job Summary
Responsibility:
SAP SD Implementation (FMCG Focus)
o Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations for FMCG and Lighting businesses covering:
Business blueprinting aligned to FMCG go-to-market models
Configuration testing cutover and go-live support
o Design and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
Distributor / dealer sales
Secondary sales scenarios
Factory dispatches and depot sales
Intercompany and stock-transfer sales
o Drive S/4HANA implementations and ECC to S/4HANA conversions including:
Business Partner conversion
Pricing and customer master harmonization
Data migration coordination with functional and technical teams
Production Support & Business Continuity
o Own L2/L3 SAP SD production support for high-volume FMCG transactions.
o Ensure system stability during critical business cycles:
Month-end and year-end closures
Peak sales seasons and scheme rollouts
Price changes GST updates and regulatory changes
o Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive permanent fixes

FMCG Pricing Schemes & Controls
o Configure and manage complex FMCG pricing scenarios including:
Trade schemes discounts free goods
Slab-based and volume-based pricing
Region-wise and channel-specific pricing
o Ensure pricing governance auditability and alignment with finance controls.
Cross Functional Integration
o Work closely with:
FI for billing revenue recognition credit management and reconciliation
MM / PP / WM / EWM for factory dispatches stock availability and logistics
WMS DMS Salesforce and third-party distributor systems
o Coordinate with SAP Basis teams for:
Transport management
Performance tuning during peak loads
Cutover system refresh and DR/BCP activities (desirable exposure)
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
o Act as SAP SD SPOC for Sales Supply Chain Finance and Business Operations.
o Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
o Mentor junior consultants and support analysts.
o Work within structured governance and SAP Activate / internal project frameworks
