As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol in Greenville SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors with professional customer service communicate clearly with site contacts and document observations as needed. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants guests and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate setting.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies parking areas loading docks and perimeter points helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Respond to incidents alarms and requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and building activity assisting with visitor check-in directing deliveries and documenting unusual activity according to Allied Universal post orders.
• Complete timely reports such as shift logs incident reports and patrol documentation and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
