Job Description
As a Security DoD Patrol Officer in Nashua NH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents control access and respond to calls for service with clear communication and customer service. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings parking areas access points and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access control points and verify identification visitor authorizations and delivery documentation; help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent security-related screening and presence.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken and notify site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports; communicate security-related concerns hazards and maintenance issues through established reporting channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
