As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a financial institution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and maintain a visible presence that may help reduce security-related incidents. You will support visitors and staff with clear communication incident reporting and customer-focused service while using teamwork and integrity to represent our caring this role you will stay agile and reliable as you respond to day-to-day needs.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and/or staff by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entry points and lobby traffic verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required and help to deter unauthorized access through presence and policy enforcement.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; coordinate with site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs document security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues and communicate observations to supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
