You Role:

• Gestionar y hacer crecer la base instalada de clientes EMR en México impulsando la retención y la expansión mediante un enfoque consultivo de Account Management (perfil Farmer).
• Impulsarás el relacionamiento con hospitales clave en México para asegurar continuidad y crecimiento comercial en cuentas existentes con metas asociadas a la base instalada.
• Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos internos (por ejemplo preventa/áreas técnicas y delivery) y te relacionarás con múltiples stakeholders del clienteespecialmente TI y tomadores de decisión de negocio/finanzas (controllers)para avanzar oportunidades mitigar riesgos y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Tendrás la oportunidad de profundizar tu experiencia en software para salud/EMR fortalecer habilidades de gestión de cuentas estratégicas y desarrollar capacidades de venta basada en valor en entornos hospitalarios complejos.

Youre the right fit if:

• Experiencia comprobada en gestión de cuentas con objetivos comerciales sobre base instalada idealmente en software y/o en el entorno hospitalario/healthcare (EMR/RIS).
• Alta capacidad comercial: negociación venta consultiva manejo de múltiples stakeholders y disciplina de pipeline/forecast.
• Título universitario (Licenciatura/Ingeniería) en áreas afines (Administración/Negocios Ingeniería Tecnologías de la Información o campos relacionados). Se valorará posgrado (MBA/Especialización/Maestría) como un plus.
• Español fluido; inglés deseable.
• Disponibilidad para viajar aprox. 1 semana al mes.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
