Job Summary
Are you passionate about using data to create meaningful impact Join us as a Data Analyst in marketing where youll turn complex information into clear insights that shape decisions enhance customer understanding and drive commercial growth. What youll be doing:
- Developing customer prospect and market understanding to generate actionable insights that influence value and decisionmaking
- Utilising segmentation visualisation tools and analytical techniques to uncover opportunities within our customer base
- Leading analysis projects across sales and marketing applying a range of analytical tools and emerging techniques
- Delivering endtoend customer insight from scoping requirements to analysing data and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Partnering with colleagues across the business to embed insight and link outputs across projects to drive commercial growth
- Maintaining compliant and secure data handling in line with internal policies GDPR and data protection requirements
- Applying analytical judgement to recommend actions that improve performance and customer outcomes
- Collaborating with the Data Analytics Manager and wider teams to continuously enhance our analytical capability
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience delivering robust analysis and insight that informs decisionmaking
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise activities to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Confidence in building relationships and challenging constructively where needed
- Knowledge of analytical processes modelling approaches and their application to performance
- Experience with SQL Dataiku Python R or similar analytical tools
- A collaborative mindset working constructively with colleagues across functions
- A degree or equivalent experience in a numerate or analytical discipline (desirable not essential)
