Job Description
As a Security Officer Driver Unarmed Patrol in Delphi IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide strong customer service and clear communication while supporting a people-first culture built on integrity teamwork and reliability. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license per AU Driver Policy requirements.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting assistance from site leadership and/or public services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including production floors warehouses parking areas and perimeter fencing with working conditions that may vary by post.
- Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification directing deliveries and drivers to designated areas and documenting visitor contractor and vehicle activity per site policy.
- Complete patrol logs incident reports and shift handoff communications and report hazards suspicious activity and/or policy violations for appropriate follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
