Job Summary

We are seeking a fabulous new team member to join our Allied Health team as an Administration & Support Coordinator. Supporting our Speech Pathology Podiatry and Dietetics services youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering high-quality support to clinicians clients and aged care facilities.

Youll be the go-to person behind the scenes managing the flow of CDM referrals supporting billing and compliance processes and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders. Acting as a key liaison with Residential Aged Care Facilities youll help ensure seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.

What youll be doing:

  • Supporting the coordination and processing of CDM referrals including managing queries and assisting with billing.
  • Liaising with aged care facilities clinicians and internal stakeholders to coordinate care and services.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases ensuring Medicare billing compliance.
  • Assisting with clinician rostering and scheduling activities.
  • Preparing reports to support operational performance and decision-making.
  • Providing systems support to clinicians and contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
  • This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Driving initiatives to increase the utilisation of CDM referrals by our clients.
