Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites
- Oversee and guide Finance Managers across the region
- Drive strong financial performance governance frameworks compliance and risk management
- Deliver accurate timeous reporting and meaningful commercial insights
- Partner closely with the Regional Executive team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards controls and reporting structures
Requirements:
- Proven senior finance leadership experience
- Automotive or OEM/manufacturing industry experience is essential
- Strong background in multisite or regional finance operations
- Commercially minded strategic thinker and influential leader
- Ability to partner with operational and executive stakeholders
- Must already be based in Bloemfontein or willing to relocate within 12 months
