Linklaters is looking for a motivated new graduate to join the HR team of the Milan office for a six-month internship from March 2026.

The HR Intern will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department. This among others includes:
- Recruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;
- HR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;
- Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion Health&Wellbeing agile working internal events).
Requirements
- Degree in Law Economics Human Resources Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;
- Proficiency level in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Comfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.
