Job Summary
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience: you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
How does your working day look like
- At the reception youll make sure that guests arent just contented but enthusiastic: youll join the Front Office becoming part of a team
- Youll always keep your cool even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
- Youll get everything ready for the shift
- You will help the Front Office in the management of groups
- You will follow a complete checklist and try to learn all the tasks

Qualifications :

- Youve gained some professional experience or completed a course of training in the hotel business and can speak English fluently

- Open to join a team respects the procedure and learn from your colleagues bringing your personality your enthusiasm and your learnings to add ideas to the team
