Key Responsibilities
Drive growth initiatives and identify opportunities in the USMexico crossborder trucking market.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure strategic transportation capacity.
Provide market intelligence on rates capacity trends and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with Sales Product Pricing and Operations to design competitive solutions.
Ensure smooth handover of commercial commitments into operational execution.
Serve as internal subject matter expert on crossborder transportation market dynamics.
What Were Looking For
Required Experience
Extensive experience in USMexico cross-border trucking or logistics markets.
Proven background negotiating transportation or logistics agreements.
Deep understanding of carrier landscape service models and cross-border operations.
Strong industry relationships within the transportation market.
Experience in commercial product procurement or market development roles.
Ability to operate independently and drive impactful outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial mindset and ownership mentality.
Confident negotiator comfortable handling complex deals.
