Job Summary

Profile:Legal Executive-Land & Property-Surat-60k

Experience:

3 - 6 years of experience handling land property and real estate legal matters
Experience with due diligence documentation title search and dispute resolution

Salary Range: 40k - 60k

Roles:

Conduct detailed land title searches verify land ownership records/documents and confirm clear titles
Prepare review and manage land acquisition documents agreements conveyance deeds and lease contracts
Coordinate with government authorities (revenue registration offices) for land approvals and NOCs
Handle due diligence for property transactions and investment deals involving land parcels
Support negotiation and closure of landrelated transactions
Manage litigation support involving land disputes including coordination with external counsel
Maintain legal records ensure compliance with statutory requirements and update internal stakeholders

Qualification:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) - preferred
Masters in Law (LL.M) or specialization in Property / Real Estate law - is a plus
