Job Summary

Profile:E-commerce Executive-Textile-Surat-40k

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management
Experience working with fashion apparel or D2C brands will be preferred

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

Manage product listings on the company website and online marketplaces
Upload and update product details images pricing and inventory information
Handle marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Myntra and Ajio
Monitor daily orders returns and customer queries from online channels
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch and inventory updates
Ensure product catalog accuracy and maintain updated listings across all platforms
Track online sales performance and prepare basic MIS reports
Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions campaigns and product launches
Monitor competitor pricing offers and marketplace trends

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce Business Administration Marketing or related field
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations
Knowledge of product catalog management and order processing
