Are you a dynamic and innovative library professional looking to make a real impact Marshall University is seeking a passionate and skilled Electronic Resource and Systems Librarian to join our team. This role supports library operations by ensuring seamless access to digital resource systems playing a key role in supporting the universitys academic mission. University Libraries 12-month librarian track-Assistant Professor / Librarian II What Youll Do: Provide leadership in aspects of electronic resources and systems. Contribute innovative ideas and make strategic decisions based on academic program needs. Manage electronic resources including databases e-books and online journals. Troubleshoot access issues and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve problems. Coordinate trials for new electronic resources in collaboration with other library staff. Extract analyze and report data from library systems to support decision-making. Manage and administer the integrated library system ( ILS ) including modules for cataloging acquisitions and ERM . Perform routine system updates backups troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Coordinate the implementation of new software or system upgrades Participate in campus and university committees.
