Role and responsibilities
A core focus of this role is the Recruitment Revampprogramme where you will help design and implement a more consistent skills-basedand objective recruitment approach across Retail. Alongside this you will support the creationoptimisationand delivery of HR reportingdashboardsand insights and contribute to theday-to-dayoperations of a global HR function. Keyresponsibilities
Contribute to the Recruitment Revamp project supporting the design and rollout of globally consistentcapability-basedrecruitment practices across Retail.based recruitment practices across Retail.
Partner with global and local stakeholders to translate recruitment and talent ambition into practical scalable solutions.
Support the preparationoptimisationand delivery of HR reporting including dashboards recurringreviewsandad hocinsights for Global Retail stakeholders.hoc insights for Global Retail stakeholders.
Analyse data from multiple sources ensuring accuracyconsistencyand meaningful interpretation.
Identifyopportunities to streamline reporting processes and digitalise HR insights.
Maintain and continuously improve HR dashboardstemplatesand reporting materials.

Experience in Talent Learning Recruitment HRanalyticsor HR operations preferably in a global ormulti-countryenvironment.country environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with HR datadashboardsand reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI or similar).

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across cultures and seniority levels.
