About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global leadership development community. This role is designed for those who have spent years in the corporate world—specifically in HR Recruitment or Management—and are now looking for a self-directed path where their professional maturity is a direct asset.
What Youll Do
- Use proven systems to identify and connect with aspiring leaders and professionals.
- Facilitate professional interviews and guide candidates through a structured onboarding journey.
- Represent world-class personal development and leadership education programs.
- Participate in global mentorship and training sessions to scale your independent reach.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 710 years of professional experience (not suited for recent graduates).
- A background in HR Talent Acquisition or Senior Management is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individuals who can dedicate 15 hours per week to a remote structure.
- A strong desire for personal growth and a walk the talk mentality.
