Marketing Strategy Coordinator

In this roleyoullstart by supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives and gradually take on more responsibility as you build confidence context and experience with a clear path to growing into a more senior account strategy or account management role over time.

Werelooking for someone early in their marketing careerwhoseager to learn how marketing strategy and account management work in curious and comfortable supporting multiple initiatives at onceand you take pride in helping work move from planning to execution.

Youllwork closely with the Account Strategy team to support assigned service lineshelpingmanage day-to-day marketing activity coordinate requests andmaintainstrong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Along the wayyoullbuild a foundation in marketing operations campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.

What will you be doing

Campaign & Initiative Support

• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns across email web content digital and events

• Assistwith tracking timelines deliverables and dependencies across initiatives

• Help ensure campaigns move smoothly from strategy approval through launch

• Flag potential risks or delays to senior team members

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work withStrategyContent and Events teams to support campaign execution needs

• Assistwith coordinating handoffs and gathering required inputs across teams

• Participate in planning meetings to understand campaign goals and requirements

Execution & Operations Assistance

• Support campaign setup and QA under the guidance of senior team members

• Assistwith email builds scheduling and basic platform tasks as needed

• Help coordinate eventlogistics follow-up workflows and campaign close-out activities

• Support ongoing website and content updates tied to approved initiatives

Reporting & Documentation

• Assistwith preparing recurring campaign performance reports

• Maintain project trackers calendars and documentation

• Help keep campaign records organized and up to date

• Learn to interpret basic performance data with support from senior team members

Whatyoullbring

• Bachelors degree in marketingcommunicationsbusiness or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 0-3 years of experience inmarketing communications coordination or account support role(B2B professional services or agency experience is a plus!)

• Interpersonal skills to build productive relationships across teams

• Excellent time management and follow-through to keep projects moving smoothly

• Comfort working in spreadsheets calendars and basic project or task trackers

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $55000-$70000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidates skills performance job responsibilities prior relevant experience certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
