Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are sharing a specialised full-time coordination opportunity for professionals with deep expertise in project execution workflow management and cross-functional communication. The role involves supporting large-scale international testing programs by coordinating in-market functional tests managing timelines and enabling high-quality locally relevant product improvements.
The selected expert will apply real-world operational judgment to help refine testing workflows and support product teams driving global software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage in-market functional testing schedules from setup through launch
Communicate timelines expectations and results across technical and non-technical teams
Coordinate with partners including International Testing Program Managers Engineers QA teams Vendors and Product Designers
Analyze workflow pain points and propose structured improvements
Pilot enhanced processes and support implementation
Prioritize triage and escalate internationalization (i18n) bugs
Make independent decisions in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and tight deadlines

Ideal Profile:

Strong candidates may have experience in:
Independent project coordination within global or cross-functional environments
Launching products across multiple locales
Workflow prioritization and structured problem-solving
Understanding internationalization (i18n) challenges in software development
Experience in QA Project Management or User Research
Familiarity with product/software development lifecycles
Additional exposure to hardware AR/VR advertising or payments testing

No prior AI experience required domain judgment and cross-functional coordination skills are the core qualifications.
