Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support budget tracking reporting and forecasting

Ideal Profile:

Strong candidates may have experience in:
5 years as an Engineering Program Specialist Project Coordinator or similar role in consumer electronics
Working with hardware development teams and vendors domestically and internationally
Managing complex spreadsheets accounting tools and cross-team communication
Coordinating across multiple time zones vendors and engineering stakeholders

No prior AI experience required operational judgment and structured coordination skills are the core qualifications.
