Requirements
Completed Grade 12 within the last 3 Grade 12 with abachelors degree admissionMatric subjects:English percentage equal or greater than 65%Mathematics percentage equal or greater than 50% OR Maths Literacy percentage equal or greater than 70%Life Orientation percentage equal or greater than75%CAT (Computer Applications Technology)-equal or greater than 60% (optional)Available to work in a 24-hour environment overtime and during holidaysFlexibility to flexible work shifts with short noticeOwn transportStrong communication skillsTechnology savvy with excellent computer skillsExcellent client relationship skills and service-orientatedAbility to exercise sound judgement under pressureAbility to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced stressful environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to organise plan and prioritiseEffective call handling including social perceptiveness active listening and the art of negotiationAbility to work in a confined area for long periods of timeMust have adequate hearing manual dexterity and mental disposition to maintain alertness and effectively execute all key job functions
