Job Summary

RPO Recruitments client a reputable civil engineering contractor based in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Site Agent with strong expertise in civil structures to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily site operations on projects
Supervise construction activities ensuring quality safety and programme adherence
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site staff
Monitor project progress budgets and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and health & safety regulations
Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders
Prepare site reports method statements and progress updates

Requirements:

National Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 510 years experience on civil structures (bridges culverts retaining walls reservoirs water treatment works dams tunnels etc.)
Proven experience working on bridges advantageous
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and site management practices
Experience with relevant contract forms (e.g. GCC FIDIC advantageous)
