As part of the Human Resources team the HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department supporting HR projects and initiatives and a positive experience for our employees. The role supports onboarding records management audits new employee orientation and general HR activities as assigned.Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provides general HR support to the HR team and may be a point of contact for employee basic HR inquiries.
2. Actively participates as a member of the Human Resources team participating in projects activities and colleague work assignments.
3. Participates in programs that enhance training communication processes and other workflows.
4. May work to update professional licenses certifications and renewals in employment records to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
5. Ensures data integrity in compliance with HR policies and practices.
6. Coordinates various programs/events and assists with organizations engagement efforts.
7. May coordinate or attend new hire orientations and prepare materials.
8. Prepares HR related reports and documentation as required.
9. Assists with special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
HR certification a plus.
Experience:
0-2 years of general HR or administration experience.

Pay Range:
$24.00 - $27.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority education training relevant experience relevant certifications geographyof work location job responsibilities or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials call pay premium pay overtime pay and other additional pay practices as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
