HR Data & Reporting Analyst
Location: Milwaukee WI 53203
Assignment Duration: 8 Months
Position Type: Contract
PayRate: $30.00/hour
Position Overview
A large multi-site organization is seeking an experienced HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise talent analytics and HR reporting initiatives. This role focuses on collecting structuring analyzing and visualizing HR data to support strategic decision-making and business requirements.
The analyst will partner closely with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop automated reports dashboards and insights while ensuring data accuracy security and compliance with privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
Gather structure and analyze HR data from multiple systems and sources
Present data in secure accurate and user-friendly formats
Build reliable cross-validated reports for data research audits and troubleshooting
Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing insights into key HR metrics
Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports using secure distribution methods
Collaborate with HR and technical teams to define report requirements and specifications
Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions
Research and resolve data quality issues
Enhance analytics capabilities by improving processes and exploring new tools
Partner with business teams on project requests prioritization and delivery
Tools & Systems
HR and workforce management systems (e.g. enterprise HRIS platforms)
Reporting and data visualization tools
Statistical and analytical tools used to build interactive dashboards and presentations
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in HR data analysis and reporting
Ability to work with large complex datasets from multiple systems
Experience designing dashboards and automated reports
Strong data validation troubleshooting and quality assurance skills
Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights for leadership
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
