Assignment Duration: 8 Months
Position Type: Contract
PayRate: $30.00/hour

Position Overview

A large multi-site organization is seeking an experienced HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise talent analytics and HR reporting initiatives. This role focuses on collecting structuring analyzing and visualizing HR data to support strategic decision-making and business requirements.

The analyst will partner closely with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop automated reports dashboards and insights while ensuring data accuracy security and compliance with privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather structure and analyze HR data from multiple systems and sources

  • Present data in secure accurate and user-friendly formats

  • Build reliable cross-validated reports for data research audits and troubleshooting

  • Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing insights into key HR metrics

  • Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports using secure distribution methods

  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to define report requirements and specifications

  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions

  • Research and resolve data quality issues

  • Enhance analytics capabilities by improving processes and exploring new tools

  • Partner with business teams on project requests prioritization and delivery

Tools & Systems

  • HR and workforce management systems (e.g. enterprise HRIS platforms)

  • Reporting and data visualization tools

  • Statistical and analytical tools used to build interactive dashboards and presentations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in HR data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to work with large complex datasets from multiple systems

  • Experience designing dashboards and automated reports

  • Strong data validation troubleshooting and quality assurance skills

  • Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights for leadership

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
