Job Summary

What will you do:

Provide customer support through multiple communication channels including email and phone in an interactive and customer-oriented manner
Engage with potential customers by responding to inquiries related to products and services
Process and respond to customer requests and inquiries efficiently ensuring timely resolution
Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Requirements:

Fluency in German language (at least C2)
Good command of English language (at least B2)
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Proactive results-driven and motivated personality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
