Job Summary

What will you do:

  • Provide customer support through multiple communication channels including email and phone in an interactive and customer-oriented manner
  • Engage with potential customers by responding to inquiries related to products and services
  • Process and respond to customer requests and inquiries efficiently ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions


Requirements:

  • Fluency in German language (at least C2)
  • Good command of English language (at least B2)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive results-driven and motivated personality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
