We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our growing Wholesale organization. You will play a key role in developing existing customers and help penetrate inactive partners. A strong candidate will have the ability to think quickly adapt to change and be excited to call and interact with our clients building a strong rapport.
Responsibilities
- Identify and activate already approved existing non-producing Loan Officers
- Learn and become proficient in using company CRM
- Use existing company tools and CRM to initiate searches to identify prospecting opportunities
- Learn and become proficient in using industry data and subscriptions to identify potential clients
- Work with sales team to help grow current partner market share and engagement
- Assist with partner renewals
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Telemarketing and/or sales experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Professional positive telephone presence
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
- Enthusiastically contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
