At Plannatech we are looking for a Product Analyst responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of a product that meets business goals and customer needs. They analyze market trends gather user feedback and manage the product backlog to drive product development and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders customers and market trends.
- Create prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity and feasibility of user stories
- Communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Act as a main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance using key metrics (e.g. KPIs user engagement) and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the product competitive.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning backlog refinement) to support team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or a related field a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management business analysis or a related role preferably within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication to convey product vision and requirements to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in backlog management and prioritization techniques
- Expertise in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product growth
- Adaptability to pivot strategies based on evolving customer needs or market conditions
- Collaborative leadership to align teams toward a shared product vision.
- Stakeholder management to build trust and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira Confluence).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to advocate for user-centric design.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints or iterative cycles.
