Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Cora Sequence Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Genpact Cora SeQuence Intelligent Business Process Management Suite (iBPPS) and possess a strong background in designing developing and implementing complex workflow and business process automation solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise business acumen and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions with a forward-looking perspective on integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI Document Intelligence and various Cloud AI services while also navigating the complexities of cloud and data landscapes.

Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end business process automation solutions using Genpact Cora SeQuence.
Translate complex business requirements and user stories into technical specifications architectural blueprints and detailed design documents.
Develop technical strategies that align with business objectives and organizational IT standards.
Ensure solutions are scalable secure performant and maintainable adhering to best practices and architectural principles.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate Cora SeQuence features configurations and extensions (e.g. HotChange technology integration capabilities) to meet specific business needs.
Technical Implementation & Development Guidance:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle from design to deployment and post-implementation support.
Oversee the implementation of Cora SeQuence workflows forms rules and integrations.
Participate in the selection of technology stacks and tools that complement the Cora SeQuence platform.
Conduct technical reviews code inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Cora SeQuence implementations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between business stakeholders project managers development teams and other technical personnel.
Clearly communicate technical solutions challenges and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences including C-suite executives.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure accurate understanding and documentation of business requirements.
Manage and prioritize architectural constraints such as cost resources scope and time-to-market.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and optimization using Cora SeQuence.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement strategies for Cora SeQuence solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest features updates and best practices within the Cora SeQuence platform and the broader iBPPS/BPM landscape.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architectural diagrams design specifications and deployment guides.
Develop and deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer materials for internal teams and end-users.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
Relevant number of years of progressive experience in a Solution Architect Technical Architect or similar senior technical role with a strong focus on enterprise-level business process solutions.
Relevant number of years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Genpact Cora SeQuence (or similar leading iBPPS/BPM platforms like Appian Bizagi Pega Camunda).
Deep understanding of Cora SeQuence architecture capabilities and best practices including:
Workflow design and automation.
Form design and data management.
Business rules engine.
Integration capabilities (Web Services WCF APIs connectors to ERP/CRM systems like SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
HotChange technology.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g. C# .NET JavaScript) and web technologies ( HTML CSS).
Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Demonstrable understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectural patterns (e.g. IaaS PaaS SaaS).
Proven ability to identify and address data challenges inherent in cloud environments including data governance security privacy residency and large-scale data integration.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant technical field.
Certifications in Cora SeQuence (e.g. Solution Architect Developer) or other leading BPM platforms.
Demonstrated experience integrating Cora SeQuence with Generative AI (Gen AI) models and platforms (e.g. OpenAI Google Gemini Azure OpenAI Service) for tasks like content generation intelligent summarization or advanced conversational AI within workflows.
Proven experience with Document Intelligence (Doc Intel) platforms and services (e.g. Azure AI Document Intelligence Google Cloud Document AI AWS Textract or other OCR/IDP solutions) for automated data extraction classification and processing of unstructured documents within BPM solutions.
Hands-on experience with various Cloud AI services (e.g. Azure AI Services Google Cloud AI Platform AWS AI Services) for capabilities such as natural language processing (NLP) computer vision speech-to-text or predictive analytics to enhance process automation.
Experience with other emerging technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Process Mining and Machine Learning (ML).
Familiarity with specific cloud providers (Azure AWS GCP) in an enterprise context.
Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing technical role managing client expectations and delivering successful projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum).

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80000 to $100000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
