About the Role

In this individual contributor role the IT Systems Analyst will serve as an influential intermediary between the assigned business clients and the development and other teams in the IT function and requires a developing knowledge of both environments. The individual contributor will be charged with the following responsibilities:
Hybrid - This position offers a hybrid work schedule with an onsite presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is $75000 - $90000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect identify analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes tools and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications databases and technology platforms.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals reports guidelines or documents on standards processes and applications.
